Guys, my BG was completed on June 26th and I still do not get the test invite. What's going on? Anyone have a similar experience?

My timeline so far:

May 27, 2023: Application submitted online
June 22, 2023: AOR
June 22, 2023: Request for new foreign police certificate
July 2, 2023: Submitted police certificate via webform
July 4, 2023: IRCC email confirms receipt of police certificate
July 4, 2023: Fingerprints required
July 10, 2023: Fingerprints submitted

Nothing since.

IRCC asked for a new foreign police certificate even though one shouldn't be required for me. This turned out to be a good thing in the end, because I just got a job at the Government of Canada that requires a high-level security clearance, and the security office for the agency requested a foreign police certificate to process my security clearance for the job. Already having a new foreign police certificate on hand saved me around two weeks of having to wait to start the new job.

Thank you very much. Did you receive the test invitation while your wife got the fingerprint request? I got the test invite email. My wife's still all processing. No update at all.

No, I have not received the test invite yet. Right now, trying to figure out the fingerprinting process. Want to make sure they get delivered to the right place.

Hello All,
Is there a guideline on selecting a fingerprinting agency, or do you just select one based on proximity? Also, is it better than going to a local police service or RCMP?
