I have applied for a Visitor visa for my Spouse from India on May-13 using new portal (IRCC Portal). And below is my timeline,
Application - 13 May, 2022
Biometric Instruction Letter - 14 May, 2022
Biometrics given & updated - 18 May, 2022
Now waiting for further update...

What supporting documents did you submit? My mom's CAN visa is expired. She has a valid US visa too. Thank you!Following is the timeline for my mother's application:
Application Submission: Apr 29
Confirmation of Application submission: Apr 30
Biometrics Collection Letter: Apr 30
Biometrics appointment: May 5
Biometrics validity letter: May 12
Original Passport Request (Visa approval): May 12
She has a valid US visa and has been to the US and Canada in the last 5 years so maybe that helped accelerate the visa processing in her case.

Hi All, can someone advice the procedure or steps involved in getting visit visa visa minor kid. Whereas both the parents already have valid visit visa.
Is biometric applicable for minor kid? 6 months old only.

I just uploaded the required docs which in my case were just the scanned copy of the US Visa page, all pages of her passport, and LOE (not mandatory but we had uploaded one for her). These were the only three documents we had uploaded along with our application.
Anyone received any May application updates? Any approvals? Please state your applicant type (parent or other), timeline and country.
