Eligibility and BGC went straight to complete from NOT Started on 18th OCT(but reflected in PR tracker on 21st)
ALL STATUSES: COMPLETE 18th OCT
Pre Arrival 19th Oct

ECAS is updated to DM: 4th Nov
PR tracker is updated with COPR number: 3th Nov

PPR: 16th NOV

I called ircc today and they said eligibility is being checked, medical passed and only thing after eligibility left is criminality and security check

You are over thinking about it. You can sign from anywhere, as long as you fill everything correctly
