Above timeline is mine.
My spouse completed the test on Aug 3, 2022 and it got updated in the system on Aug 5, 2020.
My daughter's application has no updates since June 1, 2022 and everything is In Progress.
Everything is showing Completed except 'Citizenship Ceremony - Not Started' on my spouse and my profile on https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login.
Checked on ECAS (https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/introduction.do?app=ecas) and it is showing 'Decision Made' for both of us.

It does seem like paper-based applications get processed much faster than online ones. This is very counterintuitive because we usually think that since online applications are received instantly and assigned to someone upon receipt, while paper based applications need to be mailed, opened and then processed by hand. It looks like my mother will have a very long wait measured in years.

This website cannot be used to check citizenship applications as far as I understand. You must go to this website https://cst-ssc.apps.cic.gc.ca/en/login to create an account after receiving an AOR and then log into that account. My mother's account is stuck after the online application

Language skills: In progress Background verification: In progress
Physical presence: In progress Prohibitions: In progress
Citizenship test: Not started Citizenship ceremony: not started

Logically, "Language skills" and "Citizenship test" should be "Waived" because she was over 55 on the day of the application submission. Physical presence should be quick, it is just a matter of checking whether she did leave Canada and reenter on the dates that were written on the application (checking with CBSA) and checking with the CRA on the SIN to see whether she did file the taxes (of course she did, I filed it for her). In addition, they probably would run her name through Canadian police databases to see if she has ever been charged with or convicted of anything (she has not).

Wow impressive timeline. Just curious, was your application classed as 'urgent processing'?

Hello Guys,
Can I do Fingerprints upfront if I have not received a request yet? Because I need to leave to US for few months.

My timeline is:

Physical Days: 11XX
Method: Online
Applicants: Single
Application sent: May 20, 2022
Delivered: May 20, 2022
AOR : May 27, 2022
Ghost Update: May 30, 2022

IRCC encourages to apply Online because it's easy for them to not scan all the paper applications to make pdfs. Submit PDFs online. But it seems like paper applications are processing alot faster such as in 90-100 days all done.

Hi Do you suggest me to go with paper aplication withdrawing online application. Will it be helpful
To be honest !! I don't know what to say . I don't know if it's faster to do it on my paper. I believe I got lucky but all the threads I have seen . They are saying ircc are speeding the process .
