I have 2 questions.
1: Does AOR mean complete application? Look at the snippet below from CIC website (clicking the link since this forum doesn't let me upload images).
aor_means_copmlete_app?

In overwhelming majority of cases, the answer is yes. But there's one recent case where like a week after the applicant received the AOR, their status was set to Canceled (the application was likely returned for some reason). iirc it was an April applicant but this appears to be extremely rare. Probably some human error in the mailroom.
