I applied for January session in Canada. I have also done secondary investigations by sending some of my fathers documents . Now the embassy is asking for update offer letter. I sent the letter. Is it a positive sign?

Passport submitted via VFS on 7th of February. Passport under process at IRCC from 11th of February. Till now no response. Is it normal? However, one of my friend with whom i submitted my passport already got his passport back within a week.
P.S.: In Gckey it shows the application was approved.We need your passport to finalize your application.

Hello Guys!!!
I applied for study permit (SDS online for May 2020 Intake).
Meng. Program at Dalhousie University, Halifax , Nova Scotia,
Applied on 10 Feb 2020,
Received Biometrics Collection Letter on 12th Feb
Medical passed on 12th Feb
Submitted and updated Biometrics on 13th Feb.
No communication since then.
Currently CIC website showing 3 weeks of processing time for India.

Whats your opinion guys???

Anybody has the same or matching timeline ???

i have passed my medicals and biometric on 31st january till then no updates its still under process its been 27 days i dont know why its taking too long anyone else waiting???
