Exact Same Situation and also the Cirminality for my spouse says Passed - Bio and for me it is in progress but in Visa officer notes it is Passed ok for criminality.

@legalfalcon , Can you please let us know if the discussion which is happening regarding the case officer : CB01126 does it makes any sense ? as far the thread goes on this case officer the cases from April 2018 also took an year but they were under various programs of Express entry .
I along with several other on this thread from May 2020 are stuck with the officer , i am at least from Sept 2020 , I know they were waiting for Biometrics , mine was completed on Dec 7th 2020 and my Spouse Biometric was on march 2nd 2021 , In GCMS under client information for my spouse stating Criminality - Passed BIO and for me it is still in progress ( the notes however says Recommended pass for criminality under notes section on GCMS) , also it was updated on the notes that Criminality not passed due to Biometric pending and since then the last update on the notes was for my spouse as Criminality passed- BIO for me it is still in progress
Under which program you have received the ITA ? Are you also having dependents outland ? Any details on your GCMS ?
They asked me to confirm my address when I called few weeks ago. I don't know what that means either.
