I tried calling them but the automated teller machine told me there is no customer care service for Outland applications. Are you aware of any customer number?

No need to call them if it has only been almost 10 days with no visual movement on your application anyways. Honestly, just be patient and wait a bit longer, something will come soon. Let me share my timeline to give you an example.

So you paid the Biometrics when you applies? Because in our case, we just did when they requested. I paid it last Friday July 26 via online and submitted the receipt through webform. But until now we haven’t received any instruction letter yet so I wonder how long does it really take for that.

Here’s our timeline:

Application was received on May 14, 2019
Medical request: July 18 2019
AOR : Received on July 19 2019
SA: July 19 2019
Transferred to CPC Mississauga: July 24 2019
Bio metrics request: July25 2019
Medical passed: July 29 2019

Yes, I paid everything including biometrics during application to avoid delays on the process. They will send you a request soon

My Application received on 16 May and Biometrics payment request came on 5 July ... after long wait I get BIL on 28 July. I have a representative so m not sure if they follow up but i dont think they did.
