i am planning to send my application on 15th May. as I travel for work and have 268 Days outside Canada, which includes more than 60 trips to USA

You mentioned you had1022 days..It looks like the number should be at least 1095 days?

Hi..Do you mean application documents are resent for further processing from Sydney to the provincial offices where you live? I thought applications are processed in Sydney..

Me and my daughter applied last year in July 2018, got the test done on Feb 15 still waiting for the Oath invite. I hope process in not that painful for her.

You can check the 2018 Tracker to give you more idea, I am a Calgary September 2018 Applicant whole process took about 7 months from Application Sent to Oath Taking, some took a bit longer Just depends how simple your case is going to be

I have a child whose Indian passport expired back in January. I did provide an explanation for it in the application. I am wondering though if there are any risks if we simply don't renew the old passport and just wait for the citizenship process and get the Canadian passport itself. Will there be a problem while surrendering the Indian passport? We can live without a passport in the interim as we don't foresee any travel.
