i got the finger print request on September 03 2019 and since then i did not hear back anything from Mississauga Office.. My application was received on May 1st 2019. It feels like forever.. No movement of my file at all. Such a clumsy office..

it is interesting coz I am exactly in the same boat with you!

Called ircc on friday and girl told me that its in criminal and background check once its done i will get test letter.
Iam may 15 applicant i dont know why so late almost all may is done on spreadsheet...
And i havent got FP request so it is normal?

what is this? they started processing my application on 21 Aug 2019 which is a month before you, they have not sent me any test yet.

I have 75 more days to complete my 1 year time period from the day the application was received.. Unfortunately my application is in the dreaded Mississauga Office..

i have 70 days more to hit 1 year and nothing yet lolll they are taking a lot of time honestly.

Take a drink and enjoy yourself as ur in the final stages.. How was the test? You only read discover canada or used some other refrences too for your study.. Do guide us

I did read the Discover book. I didn't have a lot of time to study because of school/work schedule, so I basically read the book Tuesday night, read the History section the second time Wednesday night, and did a bunch of practice questions on Wednesday night and about 1 hour on Thursday before the test. I practiced on this website: http://www.yourlibrary.ca/citizenship/

I would recommend that you start reading earlier than I did, just to put less stress on yourself.
