My oath done yesterday - 14 Jun, ECAS status changed to "Complete" on 15 Jun. Now will apply for passport on Monday. Thanks
Just remember you need to wait at least a couple of business days following your oath ceremony to apply for a passport :)

Thanks. If the ECAS is updated with status - "Complete", that means their systems are updated and we are good to go for passport application.

Passed the exam 20/20! I was so anxious and excited that day and probably ended up looking like a mentally challenged person to the citizenship officer.

Congrats! I have my test in two weeks time. I am also very nervous. How was your interview experience? How long did your test and interview took, like how many hours? My test is at 12:00pm. Do you think the whole process can get over by 3:00pm?

My test was schedule at 9:00am. I arrived around 8:20am, entered waiting area around 8:40am. The actual test started around 9:15am, ended 9:45am. Then I returned to the waiting area until around 11:50am when the officer called my name for interview.

The interview lasted around 15 minutes, with only around 2 minutes of questions. I left the building around 12:15pm. (Putting documents back orderly and a potty break took another 10 minutes.)

The officer asked me only one real question, which is where I currently work. And then she told me they are intending on sending me an oath invite in 2 months. My understanding is that they had already considered me as a low risk, high qualification applicant. In the rest of the time, the officer was examining my travel records on the passport, and copying the documents I brought. There was a poor guy in the room who got harshly questioned for an hour or so, with most questions around the suspicion that he might be running cross-border scams. The interview was 15~30 minutes (per person) for around 90% of the people.
