There is no WAY that IRCC has your file and they have not opened it. If they do not want to give you citizenship, they will just deny the application. IRCC has lost your file and probably some other files and someone is trying to cover their back. Whosoever lost your file is hoping that you will send another file, but obviously, you have not done that so far.

You can keep waiting for another 5-12 months or send another file using a registered post with signature.

I think I'm gonna do right away, i'm sick of that.

As they have not opened the existing file, it is okie to send a replacement. As the UID number is same and they have not started processing the file, they will process only one file.

I have sent to them a letter 8 weeks ago using registered post to check about my application status, but no answer.

Congratulations Francisa, i am Calgary applicant as well and did my test on 27 of November and DM on 28 and I haven’t got anything, just pray for me and other applicants who are waiting for the oath invitation

They are definitely following some sort of queuing mechanism for Oath and I am sure your oath date is fixed and it just needs to be updated in the system. Hopefully very soon.

I called the office today and she said she do not see any oath scheduled for me so hoping by the end of this month I will get oath invitation

hmel. GTA is the slowest. i am from dt toronto. IP Aug 13th. I got test invite jan 2nd and passed test/DM on 18th jan. Not to worry, they have a long queue and depends on the officer as well. it will happen soon. The officer at interview told me to expect oath between now and June. Still a long wait for GTA.

Which number you called in? I tried several times but after 15-16 minutes of waiting the call is automatically disconnected ! is it happening with others here too?

Mine was in process since Aug 1 as well. I live in Downtown Toronto too and received my test dates on Nov 30 to appear for the test on Dec 14. But I am a single applicant so not sure if that has anything to do with them inviting you for a test.
