Generally, AOR means that the application is complete and accepted. In process means that CIC has started processing in local office as per your location

What kind of proof we can submit for Child's application? Both health card and school record does not have photo on it. As per CIC, atleast one identification should have photo on it. Appreciate your response. Thanks

Seems CIC is aware as to which location provides school records with photo and which doesn't. I read in one of the threads a child's application from Toronto was returned as it did not have school record/ID with photo, because Toronto schools give 2 type of records - with and without photo.
I have also applied with 2 applications for minors. I have applied from Mississauga, and from your data you being also being Mississauga, this info may help. My applications were accepted as I have got the AOR. I submitted passport copy, health card, PR card copy(was being accepted that time, but as per new version of check list, PR card is not acceptable) and a letter from school stating in detail from which date the children have been in school. The letter from school was without photo as Mississauga schools provide letters only without photo.
In Mississauga, Dixie Bloor Neighbourhood Centre, is very helpful in guiding on such issues. It will be worth visiting them as they appear to have the direct information/guidelines from CIC. https://dixiebloor.ca/
