Our staus on BC changed to Not applicable on the 23rd of Nov. And the final decision came on 26th Nov. APR was 18th of MayThe letter of explanation state that i do have 12000 canadian dollars instaed of 23000 for a famiky of four. I have more than 23000 in my account as at the rime i submitted my application and i still have the money now . Is there a way

I am sorry to hear your situation. They have not issued an ADR? Directly they rejected?

You would have got a procedural fairness letter. It will not be a straight away refusal.

you can reply them with proof of your sufficient funds and ask that your case be reopened

You shouldn´t have been refused without having received a Procedural Fairness Letter first. I´m pretty sure you can appeal to reopen your case.

Experts like @legalfalcon or @DelPiero07 can advise further on that.

That’s disappointing. If you can share how did you show your funds? Was it directly in your bank account Or some other way? I am sure there are many experts here who can give you correct solution.

Really sad to hear this ... Still don't loose heart... Kindly share what documents did you attached as your POF ? Did they send you any ADR for the same ? Do check if thay have sent and the mail was unchecked in the spam ? Still you can send them the entire 6 months statement showing the amount in your account as intact ? It might be some mistakes on their part ...

It is not only the funds, you also have to meet the requirements as stipulated by IRCC to show that you have ready access to the funds and you have to produce official bank letters stating the same. If you did submit all this, then you can raise a CSE and request that your refusal be looked into.

I received a procedural fairness letter instead of refusal about my fund as well yesterday. They were in fact looking for more detailed information and I have 30 days to provide it. Did you happen to miss the letter?

Wait first for your GCMS notes to track if anything may have been set for review.

Only then you´ll know that to do next.

Its been a month already , no news from GCMS Notes and i have sent an email to Ralph 4 days ago but no reply. My AOR is 3rd-May. Only medicals passed since 09-May

I ordered a letter from my broker with itemized details as instructed. But obviously they want more details like recent transaction and detailed assets information. Added a recent statement for those information. When would I receive a response?

BTW guys, for some reason I have an impression that stock accounts can be used but will be evaluated at 50% when considered for POF. Is that correct? Or I should sell some stocks and show them cash in bank account?
