In my account also, review medical status: it states that "we have requested a medical exam. Check your messages below for details" but there is no message.. What to do? shall we wait for message/email or shall I give a call to CIC.

Hey even my case is same more than a month now and no AOR.. Please keep us posted if you get through to CIC

Thanks so much po for the reply..ill tell my husband to call them again tomorrow..nkaka frustrate po kc it's been a month since we submitted our application and never heard anything from them until now..we're still waiting for our AOR1

my husband call cic just today then they said that they already requested for the medical as well as other doc. , but I dont know when. I think you should also call cic. They send something on my husbands email about getting a medical

Today i check status in gckey it states that We have requested medical exam check your message below.
But there is there is no message in my gc account and no mail.
What is it?

We need to call CIC but there is high volume of call so connecting to an agent is pain in ass!

I know i phoned yesterday and waiting time was 35 mins lol. They confirmed that they received the additional documents that I sent it last week. And first thing this morning I saw update on GCKey. Is that a technical error? A lot of people got the same message but no instructions.

I guess thats a good idea. What is the meaning if they asked medical exam? Is the application almost there?

You just have to keep calling. I usually got through between 10-11am.

Hi nope we dont have dependent in our application. We sent our sched A and NBI thru mail last week and they received it last june 1st. They sent the SA thru email and the medical on mycic. Hope that helps.

have you finished your medical? Did they send something to print like forms to be given to the panel physician? TIA

Some people have got through and those who got an update on medical requests they are telling people it was a technical issue on their end, unfortunately. You can check out some of the other threads for that info

Hi everyone...anyone here wh0 tried calling the toll free number of cic? Sasagot po ba sila? My husband was trying to call them pero wala daw po sumasagot

hi my husband called yesterday, you just have to wait... he waited 38 minutes before he was able to tall to someone.
