That is normal! Just try again.

I usually call in the morning and was able to get thru.

Try calling as soon as they open in the mornings. I called this morning at 8:02 Mississauga time and only had a two minute wait. It was super fast!

The SA could be sent by email, post mail, or nothing at all. You need to call CIC and inform them that you have change your address. If your are more than 43 days, you can also inquire about the status of your application.

There are several people in this group (including me) who is approved already (SA) but didn't get anything.

I'm May10 applicant, the agent said I have not been approved SA yet, but he will put a note onto my file to ask the officers review my file as it already passed 43 days.
I did tell him that I'm moving but he said I cannot change address over the phone and have to do it online which I cannot because I cannot access my file online using sponser info.

i would suggest you to forward ur address to the new one. until u change it officially

Can you access applicant's info? I think there's an option there to change details for sponsor.

He meant that you send a web form request to updat your address, and it takes 10 business days to complete according to their site.... i dont think its true as i sent a request to update my email 3 weeks ago atill no update. Wont bother calling as agents aren't all helpful....

My SA is still in Process. Also She told me I will receive it thru regular post.

I had been trying to get in touch but past couple of days i was getting disconnected automatically.

Just today got lucky and got response.

Hope to get SA soon.

I just called and got the same response and they said they will send case specific inquiry and i will receive a email.

Got no access to ECAS from sponsor side.

Called them today (strange enough at the beginning, before punching through the menu, it warned me about the high volumes and still made it through).
They said that I got the SA today and that I should be getting a letter in 2-3 days.

I do not understand why would they mail it through regular mail if Canada Post will probably strike from July 2nd.
I already got a notification from Bell that their bills may not make it to me, so it looks like it is happening.
So I hope the notification of SA will not be through snail.
