My file per Canada Post was recieved on MAY 27 - Wondering who gets the email Sponsor or the Primary applicant ??

Sponsor gets the emails for AOR1 and SA, while primary applicant gets email for AOR2.

Application received May 13th per email from CIC, which is strange cause my Canada Post tracking said delivered May 16th (14 and 15 were weekend)
I'll take it. Gladly.

Hey bethany mine package was alsosent through canada post on may 12 and it showed delivery date was 2016 may 16. When did you parcel ur package theygh canada and what type...u got aor1 and about me i have not got any message though we sent on same day...

I think you can expect your email soon. Maybe a difference of a day or so depending on the case load of the VO it's assigned to.
Keep a close eye on your email.

are you sending a big chunk of forms and proof? I think CIC will go through and scan each and every piece of paper you sent them and if you are sending too much stuff, then I suppose the process might get delayed.

are you sending a big chunk of forms and proof? I think CIC will go through and scan each and every piece of paper you sent them and if you are sending too much stuff, then I suppose the process might get delayed.

Ya the whole package was pretty large. But isn't it for everyone??

Sent our application on May 16 and received by RashPAUL on 17th. I haven't hear anything yet.

So funny I was just reading Bethanys reply recieved AOR1 on June 3rd application sent on May 16th, so I was like mine was sent on the same day damn didnt get anything yet. And then I noticed that my data on my phone is switched off lol ( I usually check my email on my phone).. As soon as I switched on .. Guess what.. AOR 1 recieved June 4th (application recvd May 16)

BTW I also have a question.. it says "your applications to Sponsor a member of the Family Class has been recieved...." why does it say member instead of Spouse or is it everyones like that who received AOR1?

Hey guys really happy that i finally found a decent forum to discuss such vital steps,
I wanted to know how could I check the eCAS, we have submitted the application and was recieved by RMahmoud (as usual) on the 19th of May, however, when i type in our credentials nothing shows up?

Hello,

My application was recieved since April 27, however I can't access the sponsors side of Ecas.. Only the PA side is accessible and it only shows two lines which says:

We recieved your application for permanent resident to Canada on April 27, 2016

Medical school have been recieved..


I'm really worried because many people who applied in anti are all getting SA and I'm still struggling to access ecas

You won't be able to access eCas until after you get AOR1
