btw i see that no one's applying for quebec? i was curious if you gathered your quebec docs & forms already. seems like i'm the only one.

Hey CutiePie92 just to cheer you up. i am also applying for quebec. I have already gathered my docs. However there are not many documents to gather for the quebec. Waiting for the Sponsor Approval so that I can apply to Quebec right away.

Me hopeful too that our apps are not far away and that time wont go up.

I would suggest that you should also gather and fill up the documents before you get the approval.

i plan on completing the forms for CSQ this weekend.. as for the docs that my husband needs to gather.. he told me it's just something to prove his current adress.. i think that's all.. shinningstar, is there something else?

yeah another hurdle I have added myself to the sheet.

yup he has prove his current address and a copy of his Permanent Resident Card or COPR. Thats all

I am not sure how long does Quebec take and also if the file is transferred to the visa office abroad after the Quebec approval or before.

hm i never asked myself this.. i thought they send the file to the VO after quebec approves as well.. quebec should take around 3-4 weeks i think..

Hope so it doesn't take more than 3-4 weeks.

I dont know whats up with quebec. There website doesnt given any information regarding processing times of sponsored person csq

Hi all! My partner and I are currently in NZ and have submitted his PR app, going outland via the Sydney office. Our package was signed for by CIC on 29 April 2014 but still waiting for any correspondence. Should I be posting exclusively on the April board? I feel like it's more appropriate for me to be here as our application was received so late! Best wishes and fingers crossed for speedy processing for everyone

Hi! I added us to the spreadsheet. I'm Canadian and my partner is a Brit. Can barely contain my anxiousness waiting for SA!!! Best of luck everyone, hang on it may be a bumpy ride but hopefully the Landing will be smooth ;D

welcome katathfx and Trav0370 ;D our time slowly approaches, lol! processing time went down a day so i'll be expecting AOR at the beginning of july ! ahh i need to prep the quebec documents and send them to my husband sucks i have to pay a lot of money for the transport (europe - canada) just for some papers that are signed by me. i wish i could scan them. sigh. i don't even know what date to put on those forms, i`ll send them end of june but i`ll put beginning of july so that my husband can send the docs right away after SA!

Do any of you guys know if we will end up having to send a new application with the updated form? I know there were updates for July for the generic application.. The link to cic is not working at the moment. I don't want our applications to delay especially when our time will most likely come in July too.

yokies i think that would be stupid from CIC. wouldn't make any sense since we sent our apps in may - that's a form for july, we couldn't have possibly known. i don't think anything will happen honestly.
