Hello Guys,

Finally they send me medical and RPRF request. So I am updating my Information here.

My info is the following:
0. Date filed : 16 May 2014
1. AOR received on 4th of July 2014
2. Ecas:
2.1. We received your application on May 21, 2014.
2.2. We started processing your application on June 22, 2015
3. I did my Medical 24-June-2015.

Guys ( Ravi4PR, yashwwant, katec101) my dates are similar to yours, please update us when you will receive any further information.

Question - How long will it take to receive PPR from now (weeks or months)?

I disagree with you because my 2012 earning is from June to Dec. As I reached Canada on 29th April, while 2013 earning is for full calendar year so obviously this will not match.

Buddy, Reading the notes it looks like VO has doubts over your salary as the numbers for 2012 and 2013 may not be matching....that's what I could read in between the lines.....

Buddy, I am not reaching to that conclusion...What I was saying was that my assumption is after reading your notes...the VO may be thinking on these lines...that's why he recommended 2nd review....

Finally received MR today after a 13 months of waiting. my file was under second review as duties were too generic. i am planning to do medical soon. advice some nice docs in toronto or etobicoke.

I have applied for renewal of BOWP on 17Apr2015, as my current BOWP is valid until 29Jul2015. It seems like current processing time is taking longer and usual. I still have 1 month to go..not sure if I will get any updates on BOWP or PR within a month Especially because of PAN AM games will be held in Toronto. CIC will be busy looking after issuing visa for visitors.

Reg my PR application, I have received MR and RPRF request on 18-Jun-2015. I have done my MR on 22Jun-2015 and also paid RPRF online on 19-Jun-2015.

Question:
1. Am I allowed to work or stay inside Canada even after expiry of my current BOWP?
2. My spouse is secondary applicant on PR application, we have not applied for any new Work Permit extension. Is she leagally allowed stay here in Canada?


Kindly advise if anyone has any idea.

Application filed = May-14-2014
AOR = Jun-16-2014
Medical requested = Dec-19-2014
Medical sent = Jan-6-2015
Mar-19-2015 = Additional docs (FBI PCC and pay slips etc)
Mar-26-2015 = Additional docs sent except FBI PCC.
Apr-9-2015 = RPRF requested and paid same day.
June-19-2015 = FBI PCC sent

Hi everyone,
I applied for my PR on May 8th 2014 and I got the confirmation and all that.... and end of January they requested another letter of my employer to confirm my job position and my wages,they had concerns about my job position and my wages. I've sent them everyrhing they asked plus my criminal record they requested. I sent everything begining of February and I still haven't got any response....my lawyer says that's normal but I keep seeing people who applied after me and already have their PR. Should I be concerned they still haven't sent me my medical request??

How long did you have to wait for the FBI certificate? Mine took months..
