Got AOR in first week of June 2014
Done medicals on 1st week of Dec 2014 and same has been showing in ECAS
extra line added to ECAS 'We started processing your application on March 12, 2015.' On the same day additional documents request received for PCC and schedule A even then I included when I sent the application. Its been already 1 month since they requested additional docs but not hearing anything from CIC till now. My GCMS says
Eligibility: Recommend Passed
Criminality : In progess
Security : Not started
Medical: Passed.
RPRF : Paid

I dont know why it is getting late to get PPR

I am right along with you friend. In fact I did not even have any additional document request. So I guess have faith and don't stress out too much. That is what I am trying to do.

I totally agree. In fact, I would suggest that you scan and email them the document and note in the document that you are mailing the actual physical document as well. Just to be sure. They clearly ask for the letter of employment with listed duties. If your letter is missing the duties, then they may very well assume that you are NOT ABLE to get a more detailed letter from the employer. So they may very well NOT contact you for additional clarification and may just deny your application. I would say scan and email the document as soon as possible and then mail it express to them. Please include a note (in your email and with the physical document) stating that you are including a more detailed letter of employment as your previous one was missing the job specifics. Also mention in email that you are also mailing the physical document and it should get to them in a couple of days.

It seems like it takes 2 weeks for passport to get stamped

But this waiting is killing dude... gcms says everything looks good.. is schedule A form belongs to security or criminality? ?

If you can get a more convincing / detailed job description letter then get that and send it to CIC as soon as you can. Do not wait to hear from them as they may not reach out to you for an updated letter and may just decline your application.

Received passport back from CIC along CoPR. Visa stamped on 9th April. Planning to flag pole near Niagara next week.
I wish all May applicants who waiting for Medical / Passport Request will get the good news soon.

Hi Guys,

Just wanted to let you know that i landed yesterday at the local office in Etobicoke, ON.
The whole process took less than an hour.

I just have a question. The lady who asked a few interview questions did not take the pictures that we were requested to bring with us for PR card.. I went back and told her that she forgot to take my pics but she said she doesn't need them.. I am just worried that it will not delay getting my PR card its summer time and I would hate not to be able to go for a vacation because of this mess up

don't worry. There are pictures on your file. They don't need additional ones even if you had been asked to bring some.

I believe the ones they requested are a different size and I looked up at the forum that a lot of times ppl get a request to resend the right pictures.. I hope thought that you are right and the one they have on file can be used.

Hi guys, some updates from me.

I received my second GCMS notes last Friday. They haven't touched my application at all. The next review date is still set as before on February 15, 2015. No changes there. And it's over two months after due date.

CIC received my documents on May 27. AOR issued on July 10. No news since then. I sent them an email to update employment. And it's the only thing that has changed in my notes. I'm going to apply under Express Entry. I received the ITA yesterday.
