This is Helpful, thanks. I received mine AOR on July, so I have 3 month at least, than it make sense.
I'll call them anyway, hope this can speed up the process and I hope to receive GCMS Notes shortly.
It is hard to stay blind for so long time understanding that 60% of us already received PR.

I already called them many times and they told me that they do not have anything to do with my application as it is in VO now; Ottawa I mean.
They told me also that the process it might take more than 12 months. All depends on the officer who is reviewing your case.
They told me also that the processing time starts from the moment your application is complete and they send you the AOR.
I received AOR on June 17th and MR December 18 and done Dec 30th 2014 lus paying the PR fees and received by CIC January 13th 2015 and they started processing my application on Dec. 29th.

Foxmark, excellent idea!! I am more than willing to call them and will definitely give you guys an update about the status of my application.

Is there any reason , did you checked your notes, why it is delayed ?
I know VO is an important factor for the processing speed

I really do not know though I live here in Canada since May 2013 and before that I lived in US and I am working as a clergy. I already sent an email to the VO asking them about update of my application.
The problem is that by May 06 2015 I have to apply for extension of my family visiting vises which will cost $500.
Hopefully we will hear something after that long weekend!

It will take 30 days from the date of request before you receive your GCMS notes.

Our ETA is June 2015. I see that couple of march applicants getting their MR after second review. I hope we all receive it much before the due date. :|

I had receive my RPRF request on 19 March and paid the fees on the same day...No update after that.......
