Looking at your exact dates, seems like your only eligible to apply after Oct 10, 2014. Because work on-campus/off-campus under student status is not consider for CEC.

My CC was also charged on 2nd July but I have not received my AOR yet. I don't know what went wrong there

Some of the people have received AOR within 2 weeks after CC was charged. I would suggest wait till next week. Hopefully you'll get it soon.

I Spoke with CIC Call center Agents they said any period after graduation will be counted, because you are no longer a Full time student. and you were making transition from Student to worker.
I am not too sure of information provided to me by the call center agents is true.
Senior can you guys please give me your views on my eligibility.

Can you tell me if you did any upfront medicals or did CIC send you any RCMP request? I am just trying to interpret when the application goes into In Progress, as I am a March Applicant and my status shows application received.
