hi guys, im new here in this forum. Im a May applicant too. I sent my application to CPC-M last May 16, 2013 and received it in May 21 as per tracking Number. I received an email from CIC that my sponsorship is approved last June 11, 2013.

@ einahpets85:

Please add me to the spreadsheet. This is my timeline:
Application sent: May 16, 2013
Application Received: May 21, 2013 as per tracking #
Sponsorship approval: June 11,2013
V.O: Manila
date of medical: March 20, 2013

For the Manila VO spreadsheet I need a few more bits of information.

1. What city or province are you immigrating to?
2. Is you application spousal, common-law, or conjugal?
3. How many dependents (if any) are included in the application?
4. If there are dependents, are they accompanying or non-accompanying?

You will find the Manila VO link in my signature.

Hi Sweden, please help me with this...Do I still need to accomplish these aside from the NBI that we get here in Manila?

Do we need to includes these downloadable forms in our application or is it already the NBI clearance that we have?

Do we need to have a form to include with all our fingerprints are on them?

Thanks a lot...

abscott

" A completed Request for Police Certificates/Clearances and Authorization for Release of Information form (see Appendix A). Include photocopies for each applicant.
A set of fingerprints, if required by the authority of the country. Your local police or RCMP may be able to tell you where you can get fingerprints done. Take the Fingerprint Request Letter (see Appendix B) and your photo identification (passport, travel document, etc.) with you when you go to get fingerprints taken. You may have to pay a fee.
Your complete mailing address (certificates will be sent directly to you).

I'm not sure where you're quoting that from, and if it's in the regional guideline for Manila, then it's best to ask in one of the threads for Manila applicants. There is one in english, and a few in tagalog.
Good luck,
Sweden

The info kkbaggio linked has the IMM5669 listed under "Immigration forms (the applicant should fill these out)". If you are the one who is immigrating, then you are the one filling it out; so you are the principal applicant. So you would tick off "principal applicant". It really is pretty simple.
@ scos..... I KNOW!! These so called consultants dont get that...kept insisting that "you're the spouse..and thats how we do it"...Experience *&$ @ %!!!
I seriously feel i would have done a much cleaner and more thorough job than them!!! >:(...such a waste of time, money n energy!

I mean that form is under your section so you are the Primary Applicant. :)

Yeah....got that...:) tnx a ton...sticking to primary applicant...:)

Hi all
I am new to this forum
Applied for application :20 may 2013
Sponsorship approved :11 June 2013
Ppr: waiting

First of all best of luck to all the applicants. May you all are soon reunited with your loved ones.

My fiancee got an email this morning! OUR SPONSORSHIP IS APPROVED!!! Today 15 June 2013

That looks like a scanned letter we received! lucky that they didnt try to mail the letter to us. I never trust China Post

but :o

I have written Hong Kong to be my visa office, however while I received my SA they moved me to Beijing office based on my address now. I have been working in Shanghai for 4 years but my mailing address still Hong Kong as the China post is not reliable and my family is still living in Hong Kong. The thing is, I'm going to go to Canada next month and wait for my PR with my fiancee so my address is going to change again, I will never return to Shanghai (as that is not my home) so its doesnt making sense that my visa office is in Beijing. Does it sound any matter to u guys? ??? thanks.
