Thank u all.. passport sent to Ottawa. Will peave here tomorrow as today is Sunday. And arrive to Ottawa on Tuesday. I paid 28 dollars ..

ECAS IS useless. It does not change on time. No need for anyone to keep checking whil he/she is stressed out

I hope my passport returns quickly. Never thought that this will be happening so qucikly.

Call the Doctor up and check if they uploaded your results. Other than that, I guess you just have to hang in there and hope for some good news soon

Allah Ybarek Feek.. It was a long Journey i did Ielts in January 2012, then collected all forms and sent them in May 2012, 15 days later they sent me a rejection!! Saying my FSW cap for NOC was reached!! And kept waiting for papers but nothing was returned and when i called them they said rules changed!!!!!!! So i had to get another copy of everything and waited to apply in May 2013 under FSW , because my pay was half from Canada and half from outside.. and by late March 2013 i saw on CIC site that FSW has only 26 occupations needed with mine not being one of them..

So then i took the risk and sent CEC application, and to comfort myself hired a lwayer and paid 4000 dollar for nothing, but i was convincing myself that maybe the lawyer would know things better.. ( This was not the case) and now i have been living here for three years with limited income , just because i need a pr or citizenship to get a full licence and practice medicine!!

And now juet all of sudden a new rule limiting our ability to move and travel.. and time till we become citizens got extended..
i was hoping to send my kids and wife back home for longer periods,, so my kids would be able to speak Arabic and know my culture..

Sorry for writing for too long... Life is a continous struggle .. from bith till death.

My ecas just changed to Decision Made this afternoon. I still don't know what the next step is as I am from a visa exempt country but I guess the only thing to do is what we've all been doing since May: WAIT

All went well, no problems.

Application mailed May 13 2013
Landed Feb 23 2014

As the process of landing we have to go to us side and get the refused letter. So I just wonder if this letter effect us to get a Us visa later on? I am planning to get us visa after I land. Anybody knows about this or expericence it?

I got the response in 3-4 days, so hold for atleast a week or so and then send a reminder email.

Don't worry, this is just an administrative refusal and will not affect your ability to get a US visa after you land
