Yes, as long as you applied before your original work permit expires.

Hey Mansari,

it seems that July Applicants that got their application received on June 24 had their AOR received on Aug 15 so that is a rough estimate of 7-8 weeks.
Your game play would like be in such an approach.
You applied CEC on Aug 8 ( estimated app received Aug 12) , expected AOR would be around Sept 30 ish. (around 7 or so weeks)
Your BoWP expires Aug 30.
It seems that you might have to apply it on Aug 29 (to be safe) or Aug 30 (pushing it) to make it in brief window that you might recieve your AOR by (if you do it online)
Online has a processing time for 30 Days while paper has it for 67 days.
Judging by this, online might be cutting it but paper route is very safe for you.
Please remember you would be on implied status once your application has been sent and you can work past your expiry of your work permit.

regards,

Anil

When you stated that your permit expires on Aug 30?
Do you mean it's BOWP?

Oh boy.. you already submitted it?
Not too sure whether the officer would be convinced on your CEC application if you do not receive your AOR before then.
Did you do it by paper or online?

Also i'm not too sure on your entitlement for the same BOWP, maybe someone has that answer for that.

no. i haven't submitted the docs for BOWP... i have yet to send an application...
my question is that if my wife applies for bowp will i as a spouse receive a bowp as well???

i have sent my PR appllication. so waiting for AOR.... my question is that if i could file before i receive the AOR and our permits expire on aug 30

Does anybody know of any delays in receiving AORs? My application was received on the 24th of May(13 weeks) and i still have not heard anything. thanks

Hi ,

Is there any update from May 2013 applicants regarding any request like RCMP or any other update

Hi,
Does anyone has experience about supplement document. Where Can I send them to?

Could you tell us what supplement documents were asked?
Depending on the suppplment document you can either email them or sent them through regular mail.

Scan and email to ottpilot-immigration@cic.gc.ca include file numer, uci and name in the email.

I need to send a police certificate, where do I send it? (i put my visa office as Sydney, Australia)

I also need to send my NOA, do I just email as above even though my visa office is Australia?

Thanks :)

PCCs have to be submitted as the original. If you're already sending stuff to CIC mail a copy of your NOA
along with original PCC.

Send original Police Certificates to:

Case Processing Pilot – Ottawa
219 Laurier Avenue West, 7th floor, section B
Ottawa, Ontario K1A 1L1
Canada

And email a scan of NOA to: ottpilot-immigration @ cic.gc.ca

Also make sure to mention your file number, DOB and name in letter and email so the VO
can find your application.
