any updates on Medicals being received? Any applicants from March 2013 are receiving the medicals? any info on this pls.

Your looking at next year for sure, no way this year!!. If they pick up the pace you could be looking at Feb/march for MR 'Maybe'. But you cant dream this shit up, how they process!. You never know what's gonna happen, it could be any time next year

Hi Seniors i Need your help.....

My PGWP renewal got rejected and they sent me a letter that i can go for restoration. I cannot find another employer to get LMO but i am elligible for the CEC and want to file for the same. so do i need to get the restoration approval before i put my file for CEC or just the proof of payment is sufficient.

Also should i go for visitor visa with resoration or wp extension with restoration. Also with out a work permit as in on the restoration period will i be elligible for the bridging work permit

Thanks in advance, if these details are not enough i can give more details, i need help please...

What i don't get first of all is..
WHY a PGWP? Have you applied for CEC (Prob not since you said you are eligible)
You should follow what the letter says.
Since you got rejected. You got 60 days to leave the country / make your restoration..
you are not eligible for bridging work permit if you haven't even applied for CEC or get your AOR.
You prob have to get an LMO from your employer which would put you into a closed WP.

Hi Guys,

there is some randon actvity in March and April applications. Some have received MRs , there must be some method in this process. all of these guys are not from the same industry (software) as some one has opined here.

Industry specific requirements are looked into and relevant files are processed on priority, i guess.

Winter months might see some activity as far as May 2013 submissions are concerned.

lets wait in the que and sure, we have perfected the art of patience.

The AOR receive date for all members are not correct. I would request all May 2013 applicants to correct their AOR receive date in the spreadsheet. Please do not change anything else unnecessarily.
