Unfotunately My application got returned today. I kept a copy of my petition papers that secured my work permit which had a copy "Use of representative" . I forgot to take that out when it sent the package. The officer thought i failed to include that in my checklist and returned the whole package back. Just that if i hadnt included that sheet i would have got my AOR. Grave mistake.... Anyways have to re submit the application back.. probably have to call CIC to see if i can send the same application back with reprinting new ones. There are no other issues mentioned.Just this.

Steve, Really so sad to know. It is really hard luck man. Anyways you can send the application again with removal of the extra paper..

Thanks Abhi...i checked some of the forums...and i see we dont have reprint the whole package..just a cover letter and an explanation why the additional sheet was included and why its removed...hope it should solve things...i hope the forms havent changed ...need to verify that again and resend..cant afford to delay 6 more weeks.. :-X

Application Received: 7-May-2013

Application Returned:17-Jun-2013 ( But by Jun 11th the application was dated are returned). tranist time of 1 week.

I have sent my Application on May 03. I got it returned Yesterday since I forgot to put the NOC code. My letter was dated June 07th.

Looks like you guys will be getting the AOR's soon. I am going to send the application today and i will join the June Applicants now.

I wish you both the best of luck with your 2nd attempt. It's scary to see returned applications... Looking at the bright side, I would rather have it returned now than after 10 months of waiting. So it's a chance for you to strengthen up your application/case.

If you check your application status online with your client ID, do you see anything?
