Do we need to send the RPRF Payment receipt to cpp ottawa? which email address to send biota and this receipt?please advise…thanks

Hey guys, I am a July applicant and I think a May applicant can answer this because you guys are now receiving passport requests.

Approx. how long does it generally take after finishing the Medicals and receiving passport request?

It varies from one person to another. And it depends on
1. How quick your doctor uploads your result and
2. How long your security check takes.

For me it took 22 days from med done to PPR.

The RPRF request email has the address. "You must send the receipt to CPC-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca ."

You can pay the fee online through https://eservices.cic.gc.ca/epay/welcome.do?lang=en and then email the receipt to the one mentioned above.

You can check [link removed] to see where Immigration Services are available. Last time I went to Peace Arch for my work permit around 11pm, Immigration Services were open and there was no line up.

Thanks for the resource! Says immigration services are 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, which is great! I think I'm going to make a weekend out of it


As for the July applicant that was asking about medical request and PPR, it took me 8 days in my case.

Just want to make sure it's just return envelop, passport and PPR email that's it right?
Cz someone told me i have to prepare photos too but cant find it in PPR email.

Just wanna let you guys know. If you are not at home at the time of passport delivery, they would just leave the passport in the mail box! So it saves you the trip to post office and the fact that you usually have to wait one day before being able to get your package from post office.

Hey Guys,

I am a June '13 applicant. Just wrapped up my Medicals and paid up the RPRF.

One question I had- I have never lived outside of Canada for more than 6 months since I was 18, and thus I did not apply for or submit Police Clearance Certificates. Is this a mandatory requirement? Or should I wait for CIC to get in touch with me if and when it is required?
