Happy Anniversary and congratulations to all that have been moving along.

I have been away for a bit and not following till this morning.

Of course still no word for us. I was really struggling because an old flame entered the picture over the weekend.... man ... human hormones are wicked. But I maintained my distance and kept reminding myself of what my husband tells me all the time... "You are my gift from God and I ask Him to save you for me."

I envy those who are with their partners while doing this...

Just wanted to tell everyone that my husband just got his visa. Like 5 minutes ago.
Interview lasted for over 5 hours. I couldnt speak with him for the whole time he has been in Accra (the past 2 days) and it has been soooo nerve-wrecking. We havnt even had the chance to talk.

I am sooo relieved; I can breathe better now.
Thanks to everyone who helped me through this very, veryyyyy difficult time.
Thanks theachrissy for remembering and coming on here to wish us luck. U rock!

Okkk...I better get back to work now.

He sent me a text to say 5hrs, but i doubt he was questioned that long. Mayb it included waiting time, wont know till we talk.

And yes! They requested for his passport and issued the visa to him right away!

Thanks theachrissy... it sure is not easy... I definitely have a wonderful husband... I just hope I can be the wife he deserves!! After living alone for 20 years.... gonna take a lot of patience on his part to deal with my independent self... LOL
