I am here in the Philippines, my husband is Canadian and is sponsoring me. So I guess, we have different case and I am not sure if this forum can answer your question since all of us are petitioned by our spouses or common law partners. But who knows someone from this forum can give you information . While waiting for someone to respond about your concern, you might as well post your question to other threads that specifically have the same situation as yours.

I have heard about provincial nomination but I am not familiar with their timelines and what to expect. From which country are you?

Good luck with your application. :)

PC - Police Clearance

Arian74s husband was working somewhere in Middle east I guess ( I forgot) and they were asked to submit the police clearance within 45 days.

Hi, congrats. If you're doing the Manitoba Provincial Nominee Program, it would probably be more useful for you to go to the forums specific to that (http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/mpnpmanitoba-application-track-t14792.6000.html is one) as this forum is related to family sponsorship and so most people wouldn't be familiar with that program, I believe.

Good luck!
