Dear all,

I sent my application to CIO last MAY 2010 and they gave me 1st AOR October 2010. I took my ielts and got a score of R 5, L 6, W 6, S 7. Therefore upon the assessment of my agency in the philippines I have to repeat my ielts. I passed my result last December 2010, I am planning to take this end of July 2011. I received my 2nd AOR sent by canadian embassy thru my agency yesterday. I am wondering why they didn't include my ielts in the documents that I have to submit within 30 days.

What do you think guys, why they didn't include IELTS on my documents? anyone experience this?

thanks!

Hi Fogo,

Nice to hear from you that still several persons are receiving 2nd AOR. Next step is MR. We are waiting for that.

Only God will help us.

Hi Fogo...........

Congrats.....
Your Patience resulted in this joyous news....wooow.....
I too submitted my doc end to Jan 2011....hope to get my AOR # soon too......

All the best....keep watching...keep praying......Expect the Best of Best..... :) :)

Congratulations Fogo!!!! Another 2nd AOR from London VO....hmmm, seems the trend in London VO (so far) is 5 months after full submission. Like MIB and Doc Sac. They both got their 2nd AORs after 5 months.

For sure Marchie, you are next! :D

Sorry that you so clearly missed my point and took offence. Of course evil exists everywhere. I was trying to make the point that the idea that the Canadian government was taking additional applications just to have access to fees temporarily was a conspiracy theory too far. So I was saying that the system of immigration was not evil and not to look for it there. Perhaps I'm a poor writer. My point had nothing really to do with Canada as a whole, though I can't think of much that is "evil' here.

Good luck with your application. I certainly meant no offence and hope that you can understand the context of my comments.

I wish everyone here nothing but the best of luck and future happiness in this great land. I can understand the frustration of waiting and hope that it is worth it once you get your visas.

Mogboy,

I apologize also if I failed to correctly understand your point….mind is clouded at the moment, a tad frustrated from the slow pace of my application. Patience is being tested everyday….Likewise, can’t deny I am guilty of negative feelings/thoughts, trying to put logic and reasons for the delay. :'(

Ohhh well, all I can do is to patiently wait and pray harder that everything will be alright…not just for me, but for all of us dreaming of a better life ahead.

Peace!
