i have same wording from one week as "We received your application for permanent residence on May 6, 2010.

Medical results have been received.

We reviewed your application and sent you a letter on October 19, 2010. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.

Your application and supporting documents were received by the London England office. They are pending review. " still waiting for good response from Lond VO.


Hoping for better things for all you ,,, and me as well....

How and where did you get your "file transfer date"?

seniors please help... I am currently working in USA and an Indian citizen.. I have applied for FSW1 and currently awaiting 2nd AOR from buffalo office.. What happens If i move back to India for good.. Can the VO buffalo office transfer case to delhi? will it effect the application time lines and what is the process to do so.. Any help / comments will help me to take this critical decision to move back to India.. Thanks a lot for your time.

I had experience about this concern. One of my relative got 2nd AOR with medical request after submitting Full docs. It took four months. After submitting Medical she had to wait for at least 2 months to get Passport request. Her VO was Singapore. She is now on the way of Canada.

File transfer date refelects in your eCAS and its when CIO transfers your file to your VO, which usually happens on the same day CIO sends positive assesment.

they give 2nd AOR and transfer file to CHC islamabad for verification and after verification
VO london issues medical

i dont know exectly about this all

my husband is working in one of the embassies in islamabad
he called with a reference to CHC Islamabad to boost up the case
they told him that
once we will get new immigration file #
file will be transfer for verification to CHC pakistan
and afterwards they can help us
they further told us
that due to lack of staff they cant process in fast track
due to security risk they cant hire local staff
thats y they transfer cases to london where
administrative decisions will be made
while CHC islamabad will continue to work on cases and
no doubt for verification of documents they have locally hired companies
who do the needful
