I too have the same status update and it just changed from 'In Process' to 'RBVO'

Same status also for me. I've just checked a few minutes earlier. It has changed from " In Process" to " RBVO ". Anyway, hope for the best.

I guess CHC Delhi speed-up the process, Many applicants who were waiting after passport submissions received their visas, many who were waiting after sending documents in May/June started getting their passport/medical calls. It seems like visa office speeded-up littlbe bit and we can all hear some good news by the next month or in early may as per looking at the current speed. Not many people were receiving visas/medical call before as now. Its a good sign anyway.
