No there is/was no quota on FSW as far as I know.

Most of applicants who filled e-mail address on application forms receive it by e-mail from:
FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office <FSW-Centralized-Intake-Office @ cic.gc.ca>

As for those making use of consultant, does the AOR go to the consultant before the consuiltant then forwards it to the applicant
If it goes to the consultant how long does it take for consultant suhc as cohen to forward the mail down to their applicants

If you put your email address there, then both you and your consultant will receive the email.

we got our letter from CIO and we were denied. it was also indicated that we will receive the refund in our credit card.

the reason for our rejection was written in the letter-- "I am not satisfied that your experience corresponds to NOC 0111- Financial Managers." I was so shocked because how can that be when in fact i have been in that kind of work for more than 4 years now.

in the first place, if they are not satisfied with my job description, they should have not deducted anything from my credit card.... i feel so sad now...

can someone advise me? is there anything i can do to appeal? my noc is not included anymore in the new list so its impossible for me to apply again. i'm so sad because my documents are almost done...

how did you prsented your JDs? there could be two scenarios based on their rejection.

1- You wrote the same JDs as mentioned against your NOC code in their websites?
2- You wrote too few JDs?

I am sorry to hear about the rejection letter, did they also send your entire application set back or was this an e-mail? If it is an e-mail, try contacting them and see if you can send an updated job description.

Other than that, I think there is very little you can do at this point.

no. i did not put the same JD. although i'm not really sure if it was rather short for them. I have 4 years experience as assistant financial manager and more than 1 year as corporate financial manager. my descriptions were different from my first job. i wrote around 4-5 routinary works i had in my first job. then, for my second job, i wrote i prepare the financial statements, discuss with the board, suggest measures... are these not sufficient?

As you can see JPMA application was returned, that means it still can happen at any stage.

that needs to be checked with their version of JDs mentioned against your NOC code. did they mention the reason of rejection? was it due to being short of 67 points which can only happen if your JDs in one or more jobs you mentioned did nt met their requirements.. I have nt still seen a decision reversal from CIO.. but you should touch base with people like Qorax, PMM or Leon.. do send them your JD (what you mentioned in your form) and official canadian version.

no. they haven't sent back my entire application package. but they told in the letter that they would credit back the amount they deducted for my application.
