hello all. i just read something sad in another thread. the threads name is APPPLICATION IN PROCESS FOR LA......i am applying under LPN which is 3233........but i am a CNA........

when i applied.....my consultant told me that i can apply under that category 3233 since it includes CNA in the other name as long as i perform atleast half of the responsibility of the job description.

This person in that thread who i think his/her name is NEWBIE wrote to me and told me that my application probably might be rejected because i do not perform major responsiblities and just the minor ones since he/she also applied under LPN and was rejected since she was RN.

because of this.....i am really sad.....despite not hearing anything from NS(submitted application MAY 4), i am now expecting a rejection because of NEWBIE's reply to that thread. i told the person that only a miracle can get this through. maybe that is why also i havent heard anything from NS......

experts....pls advise.......

if NEWBIE is right then i just hoped my consultant should have and would have advise me not to apply since i probably didnt have a strong case to begin with.

i use to wait for an email......hoping that i get my first AOR,.,,,,,,but now i dont know,,,,,i dont even know if i should tell my wife.....we are both out of status here in the US and this was our only way to feed 4 childen. oh well what can DRAMA do now.

ill keep you posted people if any miracle would occur from here on. ill wait.....ill see.....ill hope....but im expecting the worst.

Its not over until it is really over. You are still in the game dont be sad and loose hope just because someone said to you that his application is rejected. Every individual application is different then others, you have hired a consultant who must have wrote your job duties which he thinks will get you through so dont worry. That Newbie must have written his/her job in own words without consulting anyone. If your consultant is experienced he will know how to write the job duties to get it matched with the NOC duties. I would saw dont be sad and there are many other applicants who hasnt received a reply yet. So dont loose hope until it is really over!

In my opinion, we need to fill new forms which are placed under link in AOR letter.
You are filling it out with the new information (different IELTS makrs, different address or job).
Then in cover letter you describe any change you have from application sent to sydney.

Where did u get this information on filling new form for visa office. I think it is better we obey the instruction in the appropraite section of the guide at every stage of our application.The rule "Don't give visa officer any loophole to reject ur application"I posted earlier and refered us the section that addresses this issue in the guidance document.Let me quickly summarize again: After filling all ur forms in preparation for NS, u have to leave the signature section meanwhile and make 2 photocopies.After making the photocopies,sign the original copies and send to NS.Keeping 2 sets of unsigned photocopies until u get AOR and instruction from NS.At this stage, u will pick a set of photocopy, put original signature on the forms, attach a letter explaining any change btw the time u sent ur initial application to NS and now, and finally send to ur visa office.The last set of photocopy is for ur records.Filling new form is like telling them u are post 28th June applicant.Wishing everyone of us all the best.

Guys i have something to share with you all, actually the DD provided by the Dollar east company is not a local DD it is issued by the local bank but with connection to a canadian bank named Bank of Montreal (Gloval Financial Institutions -Asia Pacific, 24yh floor, first Canadian Place, Toronto, Ontario M5X 1A1.

Point is that local Cheque or PO takes only 2 or 3 days same the case for DD in any country, hence, it is my point of view that they get they DD charged with 3 to 4 days and those who have their DD issued from other countries are sometimes not able to track whether their DD is still outstanding or charged.

so guys dont worry INSHALLAH we all will hear good new soon. Normally DD people get information relating to their DD charged at the time when they get their AOR.
