Do till 29 Years and 11 months and 29 days (1 day before 30's birthday) age factor would be given the maximum score in Express Entry ?

Yes as long as you get an invitation on that day or before. If not, you lose points the next day on your 30th birthday.

Yes, as said above, age is locked in when you receive ITA. So if you submit your Express Entry profile when you are 29 but you turn 30 while waiting for ITA, your points will be automatically reduced.

Not exactly... Age is checked between ITA and AOR.. The info is only fixed once the application is submitted.
During the R10, I had a note that said age did not change between ITA and AOR.

You are right.. i lost points coz my bday was btw ITA and AOR

Wow - I didn't know that was possible. I thought it was locked with ITA.
