21 months if your spouse is in Mauritius but can be less. Check CIC processing time - http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/fc-spouses.asp

Hi i am from Mauritius too and already for spousal sponsorship on 2 September 2014. My timeline is as follows:

Sent application: 2 September 2014
Receive request to send updated form: 04 October 2014
Sponsorship approval: 13 November 2014
AOR2 along with my UCI: 20 November 2014

Since then i am waiting.

I do not know yet which office it will go through. Because as per the new forms, they do not let you chose the VC.

I am in process since 03 March 2015 and i am expecting a passport request anytime soon. Are you the principal applicant or the sponsor?
