How can I apply maternity leave and how it's works

First at all, register my service Canada account at the link below,

http://www.esdc.gc.ca/en/msca/access.page

Secondly, select applying for employment insurance benefit online then select Maternity leave.

Note, you required the record of employment (ROE )from the current employer accumulated at least 600 hours of insurable employment during the qualifying period.
