Maternity Leave - Citizenship Application Question 11

Hi, I am also filing out citizenship application and stuck in the employment history section.During my maternity leave, my job was protected and I was still employed during my maternity leave and rejoined after 1 year. Though I was on EI but I also received top-up for first 6 months during my leave. So, in that case how do we approach it? Should I just fill out my job from 2021 to present (like continuous) and say nothing about my maternity leave or I fill out my Job from 2021 to 2025, then 2025 to 2026 (maternity leave) and again 2026 to present my job?

You are not considered employed during your maternity leave. You would list your employment before maternity leave (2021-25), your maternity leave period (2025-26) and then your period of work after your maternity leave (2026).
