I had applied for student visa - Master's Program to Canada from Kuwait.
I'm an Indian working on a work visa (article 18 - private sector), since last 5 years in Kuwait.
I was rejected due to the following:
I am not satisfied that you will leave Canada at the end of your stay as required by
paragraph R216(1)(b) of the IRPR. I am refusing your application because you have not established that you will
leave Canada, based on the following factors:
You do not have significant family ties outside Canada.
• The purpose of your visit to Canada is not consistent with a temporary stay given the
details you have provided in your application.
• Your immigration status outside your country of nationality or habitual residence.
I showed the following:
my husband will be working in Kuwait and will fund my education (sponsor)
my father-in-law's house ( which my husband will inherit from his father is in India- property documents) and
my Kuwait work visa (valid till May 23, renewable every year).
Your advise is appreciated and will be glad to receive a feedback to know where I'm going wrong and what to do next
