I have a GPA of 3.35 with a 2.92 CGPA. Is there any university in Canada I can apply to for masters? And also, what is the grading letter for my GPA.

Yes, most universities requires to have at least 3.00 GPA

depends on what you want to study? try OCAD. minimum required B+

different universities have different requirement but for most GPA 3.35 should work. IELTS scores would also matter if they ask for it.

Mine was Australian report and they don't do GPA. So I simply contacted the University where I wanted to study and asked if I'd qualify to apply. You can do the same.
