Masters degree issued from Australia while living in Dubai

Hello everyone,

my friend recently got her masters degree from the University of Wollongong in Dubai. Before issuing the degree, the university asked her if she wants the degree to be issued from the University of Wollongong in Dubai or the main University of Wollongong in Australia. She picked Australia.

She is now applying for express entry to Canada and wants to know if she should say she got her degree from the Dubai branch or the main campus in Australia. I should note that she attended classes in Dubai, it's just that her degree doesn't say the University of Wollongong in Dubai. To her, it doesn't make sense to say she got it from Australia since she's never even been to Australia.
