hello all, I just passed out my btech mechanical engineering with 6.3cgpa out of 10 from an indian university. I would like to know my chances of getting MEng in a canadian university. I don't want to apply for top universities where Im sure i dont stand a chance. since each application cose $100, i only want to apply where i stand a chance. plz suggest me universities where I can apply...
