marrying a tourist/visitor's visa holder

I'm a Canadian Citizen guy , planning to have a marriage proposal to my Filipina gf. And marry her as soon as possible. My question is ;
Can I marry her even if I'm the one who writes the invitation letter?

Can she applied for an extension of her tourist visa? or she will go back to her country which is Philippines then I will sponsor her to come back here again ? what is the best way to do ? how about the inland application?

What would be the best way to extend visa or should I put papers together and sponsor her right away.
