Married in Canada but single on the Philippine police clearance (nbi)

Hi I just got my police clearance from the Philippines (NBI clearance) and they put single instead of married cause I kept my maiden name and that's how it is in the Philippines.

Is this okay? I'm applying for PR under the spousal sponsorship category.
