Hi, my spouse is in Canada. I had visited Canada for work purpose in October, 2017 and we decided to get married there, since I was there for a month and we were in the same city. My visitor visa is valid till April 17th, 2018. And, our Indian ceremonial wedding is taking place on 26th April, 2018. I wish to apply for tourist visa, so I can accompany him as we leave for Canada.
Is it going to be risky to apply for tourist visa? Should I apply for work permit, as my spouse is having it? We are planing to apply for PR together because my spouse is eligible for the same and he's been living in Canada for 4 years. please advise what can be done to process the visa faster, which is safe and quick?
