i am planing to immigrate to canada via express entry and i am little confused . my husband has kids with his first wife , also my husband will not be included in the application , my question is can his kids be with me in the application? if yes haw can i do it
i really need your help

I'm guessing you would have to legally adopt them and then have full clearance from your husband that you can take them out of the country.

Right now, you are the stepmother as they have a mother and father. Once you adopt them, the mother relinquishes all rights and you become the mother.
