Marriage Certificate- spouse name

Hi All,

I wanted to take your opinion on the marriage certificate. I have already uploaded my application and received AOR in May. The marriage certificate goes like this:

Mr. XYZ Chauhan S/O Sh. ........ resident of ...................... has been married to Ms. ABC Sethi (After marriage ABC Chauhan) D/O Sh. ....................... ..

My wife never changed her surname to Chauhan and her passport and all educational documents that have been uploaded bear the surname Sethi. Now, my concern is that should I raise a CSE stating that my wife never officially changed her surname and that the marriage certificate is as per the practice here?
