Please help me with this, I am getting married to PR of Canada and my file is in process since march 2020 . How will this change affect my application

Your spouse obviously does not need (additional) PR through your application. I believe you can webform and declare them as non-accompanying. Just clearly explain that they are not accompanying because they already have PR.
