Marriage After getting PR

I got my Pr last year and I did a soft landing and got my pr card and came back to india
I got married to my long time gf this January and was planning to travel in March to Canada but lockdown happened.
how can I apply her pr as I was told that I can apply only after staying in Canada. And I don’t intend to live alone without her.

Well, hopefully she has good travel history, employment, properties and other ties with home country. Then you can try to apply for visitor visa for her (after the pandemic). If she gets visitor visa, then you two can travel to Canada and you can pply for her PR inland.
